Adrenaline Games ("we", "us") operates adrenalinegames.pl. We sell Unreal Engine plugins as digital downloads. This policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to process your purchase and deliver your product:

- Prevent fraud and abuse of download links
We do NOT use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering your purchase and providing support.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- PayPal - processes payments. PayPal has its own privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy
- Google Drive - hosts plugin files for download
- Railway - hosts our download delivery server
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other third parties.
5. Data retention
- Download tokens are automatically deleted after 48 hours
- Transaction logs (email, product, date) are kept for accounting and support purposes
- PayPal retains its own transaction records per its privacy policy
6. Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure - ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object - object to processing of your data

7. Cookies
Our website (adrenalinegames.pl) does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not track your browsing behavior.
8. Children
Our products are developer tools, not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
We protect your data through:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages and server endpoints
- One-time download tokens that expire automatically
- PayPal handling all payment processing (we never see card details)
- Server hosted on Railway with industry-standard infrastructure security
