1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of digital products (Unreal Engine plugins) from Adrenaline Games ("we", "us") through adrenalinegames.pl. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell Unreal Engine 5 plugins as digital downloads containing C++ source code. Each plugin includes builds for specific UE versions as listed on the product page.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the plugin in unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modify the source code for your own projects
  • Ship games built with the plugin without royalties or additional fees

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin source code
  • Share your download link or files with others
  • Upload the plugin to any marketplace or public repository
  • Use the plugin to create a competing product (another plugin/template for resale)

4. Delivery

After payment via PayPal, you will receive an email at the address associated with your PayPal account. The email contains a unique download link.

  • Download links are valid for 48 hours
  • Each link can be used up to 3 times
  • If your link expires, contact support@adrenalinegames.pl for a new one

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products containing source code, we do not offer refunds after the download link has been used. If you experience technical issues:

  • Contact us on Discord or email before requesting a refund
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues
  • If the plugin is genuinely non-functional and we cannot fix it, we will issue a refund

7. Support

We provide support via Discord and email (support@adrenalinegames.pl). We aim to respond within 48 hours. Support covers installation help and bug reports. We do not provide custom development or project-specific troubleshooting.

8. Updates

Purchases include the version available at the time of purchase. Major updates for new UE versions may require a new purchase, though we often provide free updates. Check the plugin page or Discord for announcements.

9. Liability

Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our plugins, including but not limited to lost profits, project delays, or data loss. You are responsible for testing plugins in your project before shipping.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
