END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

VOIDRAVE - Effective: June 13, 2026

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING VOIDRAVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. Definitions

"Game" means VOIDRAVE, including the executable, source code, art, music, sound effects, story, design, and all related materials and updates.

"Licensor" means Adrenaline Games (sole proprietorship, Poland), operated by Tomasz Linke.

"You" means the individual or entity acquiring a license to use the Game.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA and your acquisition of the Game through Steam (Valve Corporation), Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property

The Game and all its content (code, graphics, audio, music, story, design, characters, trademarks, including the name VOIDRAVE) are the exclusive property of Adrenaline Games and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This EULA grants you a license to use the Game; it does NOT transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by Steam's distribution platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable mandatory law
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or transfer the Game to third parties
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the Game to develop competing software
  • Use cheats, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate gameplay or leaderboards
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the online leaderboard

5. Content Creation (Streaming, Let's Play, YouTube)

You ARE permitted to:

  • Stream, record, and share gameplay footage on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, etc.
  • Monetize content featuring gameplay (ad revenue, sponsorships, channel memberships)
  • Use screenshots and short clips for reviews, articles, and social media

Please credit "VOIDRAVE by Adrenaline Games" when reasonable. We love seeing content - tag us on social media!

6. Online Leaderboard

The Game features an optional online leaderboard. By submitting a score, you grant Licensor a non-exclusive right to display your pilot name and score on the leaderboard. Submissions deemed cheated, offensive, or fraudulent may be removed at our discretion.

7. Updates and Modifications

Licensor may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game from time to time. These may be required to continue using the Game and are governed by this EULA.

8. Steam Subscriber Agreement

Your use of the Game through Steam is additionally governed by Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement (store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement). In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement regarding distribution and account management, the Steam Subscriber Agreement prevails.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE GAME.

Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

Steam refunds are governed by Steam's own refund policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poznan, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.
