Reporting a Bug
Found something broken? Help us fix it faster by including:
- Steps to reproduce — what were you doing when it happened?
- Wave/boss/ship — what was on screen at the time?
- Game version — shown in the bottom-right of the main menu
- Operating system — Windows 10 / 11 / Steam Deck
- Crash log — if the game crashed, attach the latest log from:

Refund Policy
VOIDRAVE refunds are handled directly by the platform where you purchased the game (Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.) according to their respective refund policies:
- Steam: refund available within 14 days of purchase if played under 2 hours. Request through your Steam library: store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds
- Epic Games Store: refund available within 14 days of purchase if played under 2 hours. Request through your Epic Games library: epicgames.com/help/refund-policy

Frequently Asked Questions
Where are save files stored?
Your saves, settings, and statistics live in %APPDATA%\AdrenalineGames\VOIDRAVE\. Steam Cloud sync is also supported.
The game won't start / crashes immediately
1) Verify game files in Steam (Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity). 2) Update graphics drivers (Intel/NVIDIA/AMD). 3) Make sure your GPU supports OpenGL 3.3 or higher. If still failing, send us the crash log from %APPDATA%\AdrenalineGames\VOIDRAVE\logs\.
How do I rebind keys?
Main Menu → OPTIONS → CONTROLS / KEY BINDINGS. Movement (WASD/arrows) is fixed; all other actions are remappable.
Controller support?
VOIDRAVE supports XInput controllers (Xbox 360/One/Series, Steam Controller, DualShock via Steam Input). Just plug in and play.
How does the leaderboard work?
Submitting a score sends only your pilot name, score, wave, and kill count to our server. Daily Run scores reset every 24h UTC. Top 10 is shown in the main menu (press TAB to switch global/daily).
Can I delete my leaderboard entry?
Yes — email support@adrenalinegames.pl with your pilot name and approximate submission date. See our Privacy Policy for GDPR rights.
My run got stuck / a boss isn't dying
Press ESC to pause, then choose "SAVE & QUIT". Your run is saved at the current wave — "CONTINUE" from main menu will resume. If a wave hard-locks, send us the log and we'll patch it.
The game runs at low FPS
Options → EFFECTS DENSITY (set to REDUCED). Also disable BLOOM, CRT, and CHROMATIC ABERRATION if needed. VOIDRAVE is GPU-light but post-processing eats fillrate.
Game is in the wrong language
Options → LANGUAGE — cycle with LEFT/RIGHT. Supported on release: English, Polski, Deutsch, Francais, Espanol, Portugues. More coming in updates.
Are mods supported?
Not currently. Modding support may be considered post-launch based on community interest.

About the Studio
Adrenaline Games is a solo indie studio based in Poznan, Poland, run by Tomasz Linke (Erak_Dev). VOIDRAVE is a hand-crafted arcade shoot 'em up built in pure C++ with OpenGL — no engines, no shortcuts.
